Internal Operations Platform. One app instead of six tools.
A small agency ran its day on a patchwork: tasks synced in from an outside tool, spreadsheets for hours and leave, a separate place for social posts, and status updates to clients written by hand. I replaced it with one app, built solo in Next.js and Supabase: native tasks, time tracking that follows German working time law, an hours-based leave system, a client overview with a health light, a read-only client portal and a social media planner with its own rules. The logic lives in the database, so the interface cannot drift from it. The outside task tool is gone, the team runs its day in the app, and clients see live progress instead of waiting for an update.

Everyone starts on their own dashboard
Each person opens the app to their own view: the running timer, leave left, inbox, OKRs and open tasks in one place. The layout belongs to each person and can be rearranged. Ticking off tasks moves you up a small weekly rank, from warming up to absolute doer.
Runs on its own
- Layout saved per person
- Weekly rank from tasks done
- Reminders for the OKR check-in
Arrow keys work too. Every scene uses invented data.
